使用內(nèi)六角扳手可以在操作條件下調(diào)整安全閥，而不會(huì)將任何介質(zhì)釋放到周圍環(huán)境中。不提供背壓補(bǔ)償。

閥體：紅銅/黃銅，彈簧：不銹鋼，密封：FKM（設(shè)定壓力12至20 bar：PTFE）

應(yīng)用：
安全閥用于閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)中以保護(hù)泵免于過載。當(dāng)可調(diào)反應(yīng)壓力被超過時(shí)，閥門按照超壓比例開啟，從而緩慢釋放壓力。安全閥設(shè)計(jì)為長時(shí)間保持開啟狀態(tài)。原則上必須假設(shè)系統(tǒng)中的壓力可能超過安全閥設(shè)定的反應(yīng)壓力。
安全閥具有完全不同的響應(yīng)特性。如果反應(yīng)壓力超過10%以上，它們會(huì)幾乎瞬間打開并一次性釋放所有壓力。當(dāng)壓力降低到設(shè)定反應(yīng)壓力的10-20%以下時(shí)，閥門再次關(guān)閉。盡管此功能確實(shí)可以確保設(shè)定壓力不會(huì)超過10%以上，但系統(tǒng)會(huì)因非比例的開啟行為而承受較大壓力。

Application:
Relief valves are used in closed circuits to protect pumps from overload. When the adjustable reaction pressure is exceeded, the valve opens in proportion to the overpressure and thus slowly releases pressure. The relief valve is designed to be open for an extended time. As a matter of principle, one must assume that the pressure in the system can exceed the reaction pressure set on the relief valve.
Safety valves have a completely different response characteristic. In the event that the reaction pressure is exceeded by more than 10%, they open almost instantaneously and release all pressure at once. When the pressure comes down to 10-20% below the set reaction pressure, the valve closes again.
Although this function does ensure that the set pressure will not be exceeded by more than 10%, the system will be heavily stressed by the non-proportional opening behaviour.
